Terms & conditions

Please remember to bring voucher on the day, as you will not be able to participate if you forget to bring it. Vouchers are fully transferable, but the attending person must have a copy of the voucher. Standup paddlers also need to bring an ID such as driving license or credit card (not debit card).

Once booking is made, cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours is not allowed. No shows will also void voucher. Wind & kitesurf experiences are for first timers, but if you have more than one voucher, progressive lessons are allowed if taken on week days. Activities are run every day except Mondays and public holidays. All participants must be of reasonable health, able to swim unaided and under 100kgs. Christmas closing period: 25-28 Dec & 1-2 Jan.

Meet at the Surf Connect's van which is normally parked opposite our shop at 170 Flinders Parade, Sandgate. Bring clothes you can get wet in, sunnies, sun cream and a cap. If the weather is not suitable on the day, we will make contact at least an hour before your session.
